What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?
The site stops serving new records until your next billing month starts. Your dashboard and your CSV exports keep working the whole time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the renewal and nothing else. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Payments are not refundable, which is why the monthly plan exists: try a month before you commit to a year.
Where does the data come from?
The contacts come from public company websites and business registries, and we clean and deduplicate them before they reach the site. The counts on the homepage describe the live database.
Is there an API?
Yes. API access comes with the yearly Growth plan and with Scale, and the documentation is public on the API page.
